Trading Dock: 1967 30' Express

1967 30’ Lyman Express Cruiser (LC 1024) – “Winds of Change”. Professionally restored in 2015 by Sandusky Bay Marine Restoration. Excellent condition. Currently in boathouse in Sandusky. Ideally would like to sell boat and boathouse together. Asking $40,000 for boat, and $45,000 for boathouse if sold separately or $82,000 if sold together. Many extras added with cruising in mind:

  • Twin aluminum 65 gallon fuel tanks, increase total fuel capacity to 130 gallons;
  • Garmin GPS Map 740s Chartplotter/Depth Sounder with 18” HD Radar Dome, and AIS Receiver;

  • 2015 Norcold 12 VDC/110 VAC under counter refrigerator with freezer compartment;
  • Twin Burner 110 VAC Stove;
  • Electronic Ignition Modules installed on each of the twin V8 327 CID Crusader Engines;
  • Each engine has a flush valve and port installed for garden hose hook-up and easy winterization;
  • 25 gallon fresh water holding tank and ShurFlo Pump providing pressurized water to two sinks;
  • Teak Veneer Decks;
  • Hard Top and Camper Top over helm and cockpit area
